Exercise Video of the Week: The Turkish Get-Up

Arguably the most complex exercise in existence, the Turkish Get-Up also happens to be one of the single best drills for improving overall performance. 

Targeting athletic qualities including stability, mobility, kinesthetic awareness, and everything in between…the Turkish Get-Up is an extraordinary exercise that can be included in nearly every S&C program.

Unfortunately, very few people truly understand how to properly execute the Turkish Get-Up.

Like…very few.

To help you better teach, program, and perform this extraordinary drill, I’ve provided a video demonstration including step-by-step instructions outlining exactly how to perform the Turkish Get-Up in the safest and most efficient manner.
