Recipes So Simple (and Cheap) It’s Stoopid: Israeli Salad

Two of the most common limiting factors keeping people from maintaining a healthy diet are:

  1. Not having enough time to prepare healthy meals, and
  2. The higher cost of healthier food options

Well, lucky for you I have a recipe that’s so simple (and cheap) it’s stoopid: Israeli Salad

Rather than type out the instructions I decided to make a quick video demonstrating how I make my Israeli Salad.
