This past week I asked my friends and followers across various social networks to give me their opinions of calorie counting. Actually, all I wrote was:
Within minutes I got a huge response. People were commenting left and right, getting into arguments, and ferociously debating over personal opinions and beliefs. It was honestly a great experience and I think many people – including myself – learned a lot from it.
After the comments began to subside I thought it would be nice to tell people how I feel about calorie counting; to offer my insight on the topic and perhaps help people make an educated decision. As a result I made the video below: Calorie Counting: Is It Right For You?
