Training Abroad: Full Body Training (2)

by Jordan Syatt June 16, 2012

Hey everyone!

I hope you are all doing well, enjoying summer, and eating lots and lots of watermelon.

Aside from being utterly delicious, the best part about eating watermelon is that you have a perfectly acceptable excuse to make otherwise inappropriate faces and make a huge mess.

Now that’s clearly proper watermelon eating etiquette.

Anyhow, my schedule is getting busier and busier each day so I don’t have time to write as much as I’d like. That being said, I’ve really enjoyed making these videos and have a lot “in stock” to put up for future articles.

In addition to training, I’ll cover nutrition while abroad as well as random videos of me walking around, exploring Israel, and discussing various topics that happen to be on my mind.

In today’s post I have two videos:

The first outlines another sample full body training session using only bands/bodyweight as resistance.

The second video is me entering one of my favorite places in all of Israel: The Jerusalem Shook (market place). It’s a relatively short movie but it can tell you a lot about Israeli culture as well as give you an insiders view of where I shop on a daily basis.

I hope you enjoy the videos and, as always, if you have any questions or suggestions please leave them in the comments section at the end.

Never Minimal. Never Maximal. Always Optimal.
