Syatt Fitness: The Week in Review (3/1/2015)

G and JGood morning and happy Sunday!

I’m happily writing to you from Aspen, Colorado this morning since Garrett and I decided we needed a weekend getaway and chose Aspen as the destination.

We flew out on Friday morning and spent all day yesterday (and will spend all day today) snowboarding, hiking, and enjoying the incredible weather .

Honestly, I love it here.

I could even see myself living here one day.

All in all, it’s been an amazing weekend. Well, aside from the horrendous pains in my ass (literally) from learning how to snowboard for the first time and consistently landing on my tuchus.

Fortunately, this past week was packed with a ton of great fitness information which I’ve got here for you in this installment of The Week in Review.

Enjoy!
