I decided to practice my ninja skills prior to heavy deadlifting the other day. You know…just in case someone tries to mug me.

I’ve been doing a lot more conditioning lately and this is a short clip from one of my “Armour Building” workouts as designed by my new strength coach, Mike Perry. A ladder drill consisting of cleans, squats, and farmers carry’s…this had me drenched in sweat.

Finally, here’s a short clip of me hitting a 505lb Sumo Deadlift for 2 reps. Very happy to see that I’m maintaining/gaining strength even with all the conditioning I’ve added to my workouts.
